She currently is on the board of directors for Peace of Mind Medicine Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides medical care, support and education for families with children suffering from neuro-immune disorders.

Rachael began her nursing career caring for medically complex pediatric special needs patients. She is the nurse manager and clinical care coordinator at Peace of Mind Medicine where she's cares for patients with chronic autoimmune illnesses, including PANS/PANDAS, Autism spectrum and related disorders and their families.

Dr. Tracy Fritz is board-certified in family medicine and has over twenty years of clinical practice in family medicine. She has completed a fellowship in functional medicine with the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS). Dr. Tracy has a specialty panel for patients with PANS/PANDAS, Autism spectrum and related disorders.
